About the Organization

Gramshree Foundation Trust is on the mission of impacting the lives of 1 million Tribal Families in Central Tribal Belt of India (South Rajasthan, M.P, Chhattisgarh, Jharkhand and Orissa), by empowering women economically through integrated livelihood and market led value chain interventions.

Rakesh Kumar Gupta Rakesh Kumar Gupta, is MBA in Rural Management from Xavier Insitute of Social Services Ranchi and had completed Certificate Course on Market and Livelihood from Coady International Institue , Antogonish Canada. He has more than 18 years of experience in Development Sector, worked in NGO ( SRIJAN), HR first (SIDS) and Funding Agency (Tata Trust). Have deep understanding of working with community around, livelihood, women empowerment and value chain intervention.

Namita Pandey Namita is a BTech in Civil Engineering from Pant Nagar University. She has been in Development sector for more than 18 years and has worked with community directly in early stages on women empowerment and livelihood intervention. She has vast experience in Organisational Development and Human Resource Recruitment and Management. She currently works as CHRO in a national NGO called Srijan.
