About the Organization

Inclusive Divyangjan Entrepreneur Association ( IDEA) is a stakeholder aggregator which is working towards making India Inclusive Capital of the world by creating and fostering an ecosystem of economic empowerment of Persons With Disabilities (PwDs) through entrepreneurship, self employment and employment. The mission of IDEA is to incubate 5,000 entrepreneurs and facilitate 100,000 jobs. Till date IDEA has reached out to 8,000+ PwDs, incubated 300+ Entrepreneurs with Disabilities (EwDs) and placed 2,000+ Person’s with Disabilities in leading companies.

Mallikarjuna Iytha Mr. Mallikarjuna Iytha is a serial social entrepreneur, Fair Trade Advocate and a skilling expert par excellence. Mr. Iytha has established several initiatives like Believe India Fair Trade Private Limited, SEARCH, Inclusive Divyangjan Entrepreneurs Association ( IDEA ) and so on. He is also on the Boards of Several organizations like , Samdrushti Kshamata Vikas evam Anusnadhan Mandal - SAKSHAM (National Executive Council Member), Javed Habib Hair and Beauty Ltd. ( Independent Director), HPKVN ( Independent Director), Standing Committee Member Pt Deendayal Upadhyaya National Institute for Persons with Physical Disability (Divyangjan), New Delhi and several other organizations and an alumnus of prestigious Jawaharlal Nehru University. Mr. Iytha is also the recipient of the pillar of civil society award by the Honourable President of India.
